Savory Moment meals are not just “assembled” for you to cook later. Making our sauces from scratch, marinating, brining, sautéing,
grilling or slow roasting in our kitchen adds flavor to your food and allows you to have a great meal ready in minutes at
home. Our chefs and staff save you time both cooking the meals and cleaning up afterwards.
High quality, fresh ingredients go into our meals. We use fresh, hormone and antibiotic free beef and pork and NW raised chicken in our recipes. Our talented
chefs take the extra time to hand-trim excess fat from the meat. Quality ingredients are just the beginning; we
prepare almost everything from scratch. These handcrafted foods from our recipes result in great tasting meals
that will keep you coming back.
You won't have to compromise health for great taste. Savory Moment chefs and owner Kay Conley work together
to design menus that are not only pleasing to the palate but also good for you. Kay received
her professional culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and our chefs fine tuned their culinary skills in a variety of upscale restaurants and catering companies. Their
formal training and years of experience in the food industry assure that your mealtime will be a treat every
night, month after month.
We design our menu to balance gourmet and home-style meals that will appeal to a broad range of tastes.
We strive to make the meals as healthy and low fat as possible; at least 40% of our menu is reduced fat (30% or
less of calories from fat). We are now also offering several low-carb choices on each menu.
Most of the items on our menu would take two-four hours for you to prepare at home - if you had the time.
