Kay is the founder of Savory Moment (formerly Month of Meals), a company that provides delicious and healthy chef prepared meals for busy people and families. Kay studied at the “Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute” in Paris, France. She combines her passion for food with her passion for helping her others. “It is important to me to make a difference in my community.”

Kay has contributed to charities for over 16 years donating food and her time for homeless children and youth. In addition, she has used meal donations as a way to raise funds for Little Drops Orphanage fund, Mercer Island Fire department, Bellevue Police department and Children’s Hospital. Kay has been raising money for KITH (Kirkland Interfaith Transitions in Housing) for over 16 years, including 12 years donating food for the annual fund raising bike ride, and spent 6 years on the Board of Directors.
