Why are your labels sometimes red and sometimes green?
Green is Gluten-Free. Red is not. Anyone can enjoy items with the Green label, but those that are on a gluten restriction should avoid Red labeled items.
How big are your servings?
We design our servings to satisfy most men. Many customers find that our servings are generous, and that they have leftovers for lunch the next day.
How do I create an account?
Click Create an Account in the upper right hand corner of your browser window. Fill out all the required fields to create a profile with our website. You’ll use this profile every time you place an order with our site.
I’ve created an account and selected the meals I want to buy. How do I get my food?
You have THREE OPTIONS.
1. You can schedule an in-store pick-up; or
2. If you live in Washington State, you may have your food delivered to you for $25; or
3. We'll ship anywhere in the United States - just call or email for a quote on shipping fees.

No! There is no minimum order and you are not committing to an ongoing program. You’re free to choose the combination of meals that works best for you and your family.
How do I buy a gift certificate?
You have two options. You can either call us at (425)-867-1516 and order a gift certificate, or you can visit our retail store in Redmond and buy a gift certificate in-store.
Is your food frozen?
Yes. All our food is available frozen. Once prepared, our food is vacuum packed for maximum freshness and easy thawing.
For your convenience, some items are also available in limited quantities in our refrigerated case. These items don't need to be thawed and are ready for you to cook immediately.
How are your meals packaged?
We package our meals in servings of 1, 2, and 3 so you can choose the option that works best for your family. 1 serving feeds approximately 1 person, though our servings are generous. Next to each dish online, you’ll see a dropdown menu that lets you select the amount of 1, 2, and 3 serving portions you would like to order.
Our meals are vacuum sealed to ensure freshness. We design our meals so that you can thaw them in cold water in 15-30 minutes and have dinner on the table the same night. You don’t have to defrost anything overnight and you don’t have to do any work besides heating the food. If your meal comes with sauce (chicken, beef, pork etc.), the sauce is packed in a separate container so you can use as little or as much as you like.

Specialty Foods
Does the menu change?
Yes. Our menu is tailored to the seasons and rotated throughout the year. We have approximately 30 entrees on the menu at any given time. Popular items remain on the menu for several months, while seasonal items and chef’s specials may last for one month or less. In the fall and winter, we typically offer comfort foods like pot roast, shepherd’s pie and chili. Summer is barbecue season, geared toward grill-friendly items like ribs and burgers. For spring we opt for light and fresh fare like ginger lime mahi mahi and chicken breast with morels and vegetables.
Is your staff certified to cook gluten-free?
Yes! Our kitchen and staff have been certified by the NFCA (National Foundation for Celiac Awareness) to properly handle ingredients when cooking gluten-free.
What does dairy-free mean on your products?
Dairy-free on our products means both lactose-free and casein-free. Products with CF (casein-free) in their names contain neither lactose nor casein, so you're free to enjoy them whether you're lactose intolerant or allergic to casein. For example, GFCF Lasagna Bolognese is both lactose and casein free.
How do I find dairy-free products on your site? How do I know if a dish is dairy-free?
The easiest way to find a dairy-free dish is by clicking the Gluten-Free/ Dairy-Free category. You don't have to read the nutritional information here because everything in this category is dairy-free and gluten-free. We also have a convenient list of subcategories ranging from beef and poultry to breakfast and desserts.
You can also tell if a dish is dairy-free by reading the nutritional information. Under each dish, you'll see a plus sign with See Nutritional Information written next to it. Click the plus sign and you will see nutritional information as well as a list of allergens for that dish. Unless dairy is listed, the dish is dairy-free.
Do you have any vegetarian options?
Yes. Our menu changes seasonally so the number of vegetarian options we provide varies. We’re committed to providing quality vegetarian options.
Are your meals low sodium?
Though we don’t focus specifically on low sodium meals, we use ingredients like low sodium wheat free tamari sauce to reduce the sodium content of our meals whenever possible.
Do you use hormone-free meat?
Yes. Savory Moment uses hormone-free and antibiotic-free beef and pork and Northwest grown chicken.
Are you using locally grown products?
Savory Moment buys from suppliers with rigorous standards of quality. We try to use locally grown food wherever possible based on availability.
Is your facility 100% gluten-free?
Though we produce both gluten-free and traditional products, our kitchen and staff have been certified by the NFCA (National Foundation for Celiac Awareness) to prevent cross contamination between the two product lines. Production of gluten-free products and traditional products is kept completely separate. How much of your food is gluten-free? If I’m not gluten-free, will I be able to find something? Will your food taste ‘different’?
We’re committed to offering delicious, healthy, and affordable meals to both our traditional and our gluten-free customers. Many of our recipes are naturally gluten-free and required no modifications whatsoever to make them suitable for both gluten-free and traditional customers. For some recipes (pasta dishes like lasagna and macaroni are a good example), we offer gluten-free and traditional versions of the same dish. If you are not gluten-free, you will absolutely be able to find something you love at Taste of Amazing —as long as you love great food! We are committed to making delicious food that saves you time, whether it’s traditional or gluten-free.
Is your food low fat?
We cut fat content where possible using blend of canola oil and Italian olive oil. We also provide nutritional information (approximate fat content and calories) for most of our meals.

Do you still have (fill in the blank)? It’s my favorite!
Our menu rotates seasonally and items appear and disappear accordingly. Stock up on your favorites while you can!
I usually get a product at another store. Will Savory Moment carry this product in the future?

Shipping and Delivery
Where do you deliver? Do you deliver out of state?
Yes. Savory Moment delivers anywhere in Washington State for a flat fee of $25.00.
We also deliver to all 50 US States, but because shipping charges vary you just need to call or email for a customized quote. Email info@tasteofamazing.com if you'd like to order.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping costs $25 anywhere in Washington State. Outside of Washington, shipping charges vary.
How do you ensure that your food stays fresh during delivery?
We pack our food in a cooler of ice so it’s as fresh when it arrives on your doorstep as it is the moment it leaves our retail store.
Payment and Security
What forms of payment do you accept?
Taste of Amazing accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards online. For pickup orders, we accept cash, personal checks, and Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
Do you store my credit card information?
No, we do not store your credit card information. The site uses Verisign technology for secure credit card processing.
My credit card statement shows "Savory Moment" instead of "Taste of Amazing" - why is that?
Savory Moment, Inc. is the parent corporation for Taste of Amazing so our credit card processors sometimes use our corporate name for processing transactions.
Events and Promotions
Do you cater? Can I special order a meal with something in it?
Yes! We offer options for every taste and budget. The best way to approach a catered event is to meet with our Catering Director in person to talk about menu options and other event details.
Do you teach classes?
